Shocking treatment at the store!! They are not giving u a refund for a faulty unwanted Xmas present with receipt!! The staffs are completely useless, unprepared and unqualified to be doing this job. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! AVOID NIGHTMARE! Note u won?t be refunded by return an unwanted gift!!! for peace of mind just avoid, avoid, avoid at all costs. Sarah and Amie got no manners and should go find a different job where u don?t have to deal with costumers! SHAME on Sports direct allowing this kind of ?employers? to be representing the company LOL.

I went into Sports Direct today to buy a Xmas present. I saw a top I liked, which said it was in the sale marked up on the label for £11. So I took it up to the till to buy it and then was told it was £25.99!! I said that?s strange because it says £11 on the label surely you should sell it for that because that?s what it says on the label!! The sales assistant then called another member of staff over to query the price. He said he would talk to the Manager, he then went off to talk to the manager on the radio. We could hear everything he said as it was an open radio and could hear the whole conversation! I thought that if a shop had an item for sale and it was marked up at a certain price even if it was their mistake they had to sell it for that price? I was flabbergasted when I was told I couldn?t have it for the price it said on the label and that I would have to pay £25.99?? I believe they are breaking the law and they should have sold it to me for £11? There were also four other members of staff present at the time who seemed to think that the whole thing was hilarious which I thought was very rude sniggering, laughing to them selves! I will NOT be returning to this shop in the future and hope they learn some customer respect and manners!!

Terrible customer service- store manager would not accept return of faulty goods - apparently wearing football boots for football is not ?caring? for them? they lasted less than 10 games and cost £85 but he is the expert!! Joke of a company - will not shop here again

Wanted to buy my son some Nike socks but there was no staff in the area. I waited patiently by the till thinking a staff member would be along soon. No one did come so I put the socks back and left. On the way out there was 2 female staff members chatting away on the footwear department . Will not be going back.

Poor customer service had an item (Liverpool football socks boys) for less than 24 hours not even worn out of the house. The store sock expert precede to tell me he knows more than me I. This mater as its his job. Assuming that I do not know anythi g about socks. Left with a very disappointed young man.

Disgusting that they can get away with refusing to refund and force store credit instead. Won't be shopping here in future, will be going to JD instead.
