I was greeted warmly upon entering the store. I had enough time to sit and then was taken for my eye tests. Each stage was explained clearly and I felt confident in the process. I have glasses which fit well and make my eye sight clear and good. I would recommend Specsavers in Chippenham to anyone.

Friendly, efficient staff. Clean and tidy store. Easy to navigate the choice of frames and price brackets. I would say the only disappointing aspect is spending over £200 and the glasses cases provided look flimsy. Aside from this, very satisfied with Specsavers service.
