Unfortunately the staff were unhelpful with availability no abilities past ?computer is saying no? even tho if they just looked it would have been ok.Might have been because it was at 2.50 and they close at 3.

When we visited the Branch on 11th May customer Jennifer Howells and Ifaced a problem closing an account and withdrawing the balance in somewhat unusual circumstances. Despite the difficulties, we had a good experience and a satisfactory outcome. This was due to the efficient, patient and helpful intervention of SHARON RAWLINGS who we would like to thank for going the extra mile.

Must admit my previous experiences with Santander have always been poor. However so far Chippenham has served us well, opening a couple of accounts for the kids as always gone smoothly. Staff always been polite and helpful.
