Went here for a work lunch and the service was great.
The restaurant wasn't very busy, which suited us well.
The food was lovely, calzone was a tad bit over cooked on top but it wouldn't stop me visiting again.

Terrible lately. Staff can?t cope with restaurant and deliveries. They should stop deliveries. They talk to the delivery drivers like the are a piece of dirt.

First time visiting prezzo chippenham.Service was outstanding Amir could not be more customer service orientated.Food was fantastic we had cheese in breadcrumbs with lovely dip,mains where cabonara with chicken ,canelloni with spinach,followed by sticky toffee pudding and tiramisu...lovely looking restaurant well presented.Def recommend and would visit again.

I loved their bruschetta. It is made with fresh tomatoe on pizza bread and with pesto.
The lasagne was a dream, too.

We were waiting nearly an hr and half for food as they decided to serve a table of 20 before us even though we were there half an hr before that table, we had 2 young children with us so was very inconvenient waiting until 9pm for food when we entered at 720pm.

Always a good place, never had a bad experience until tonight (29/5/2024). The main issue tonight was the bald bearded bad tempered barman who was the first to greet us, when I say greet it was more of a tut and a throw of the arms like we were some sort of inconvenience, how, we were booked so you knew we were coming! He then proceeded to slam our drinks down on the table, this made us very feel very uncomfortable and he continued to do this when the inevitable happened and he did it to the table opposite us smashing it and spilling the drink over the poor customer but even then he showed her utter contempt barely bothering to clean it up, even had a another strop when she asked for a napkin to dry herself, he just chucked them at her leaving her with a stunned look on her poor face, we also lost count of the amount glasses he smashed behind the bar throwing them around in his little angry strop, where did you get this nut job from? He shouldn?t be let loose near customers! He single hand-idly created a very bad atmosphere in there tonight spoiling what should have been a nice meal out!This should have been a zero star rating however the 3 stars go to the rest of the team who were brilliant particularly our waiter who was the complete opposite of the angry bald beardy bad tempered barman, he served with a smile and a joke with a nothing is too much trouble attitude, he is a credit to Prezzo, I did speak to the waiter when we left and he did apologise, it wasn?t his job to apologise so credit to him ?Update, just spoke to our neighbours who visited on Monday 27th April 2024 and had the same issue with the angry barman so obviously not just a one off!

The place wasn't very busy, 3 or 4 other tables but despite this service was slow at every stage, ordering drinks, receiving drinks, ordering food, receiving food, plates being cleared, ordering coffee.We placed our orders, including 2 sides of garlic bread and asked them to be delivered at the same time as mains but they were brought out about 20mins before mains so were cold when the food arrived. Food arrived but the vegetarian pizza one of us ordered had chicken on it. The manager was the person that brought our food over apologised and said a fresh pizza would be made which it was but the rest of us were over halfway through our food when the pizza arrived. When the coffees were brought out the waiter put them down on the table with such force I was genuinely surprised nothing broke.The food was just OK, certainly not worth the money which felt on the high side for a everyday high street chain and didn't justify putting up with the poor service.
