The rudest assistant I have had the misfortune to hear on the self service tills.
Not everyone knows how to use self service tills.
Especially the elderly, what I witnessed today Monday 7th it was out of order!
The assistant was short tempered condescending to the elderly lady who clearly was struggling.
Maybe some customer service training wouldn't go a miss.
Sort it out Pound land.

It's not really a pound shop no more because everything has gone up in world but still like the place onley thing is I had my toddler that's coming out of nappies and they didn't have a toilet she could youse made me run her to the one in energy gate

Poundland has a place in our High St but you have to be careful what you buy as many products are cheap due to the extreme poor quality.Staff are fairly approachable.And does anyone actually buy the "and can we interest you in these..." till offers?

Disappointed at the galloping inflation at Poundland. Many items that were £1 are now £2 +. Should rebrand as "Spot the item for £1!"

Well stocked but a little less variety than original store but times have changed and some prices increased. Still good value for money.

It's OK you do get the odd bargain but I hate they try to make you use the self service tills instead of ringing up your goods for you
