I visited this store with my family today. Very rude staff. Terrible customer service and even though we were customers, they treated us like shoplifters. While checking out, they did not use any greetings or appreciation as we did. Horrific. I would love to give 0 stars but unfortunately it isn't allowing me to.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Felt judged by the manager and member of staff. They were looking down their noses at me. I am an NHS worker and have never been treated so badly over the lack of date on my card.

Excellent customer service. Needed new work trousers and phoned the store to ask if they had my size as I live a distance from the store and did not want a wasted trip. They went and checked the shop floor and put a pair aside for me. I collected them the next day , couldn't ask for better service, would recommend using the store and will be using them again.

This store is a bit packed in and hard to move around with out bumping into a rail. I would not like to go in with a pushchair or wheelchair. My mum has problems with her walker in this store. The clothes are ok, but quite cheap looking and not that cheap to buy! Primark is much better for cheap clothes. There is a changing room, but it is a bit of an after thought and is squeezed into a corner. I think they would be better reducing the amount of stock and concentrating on the teen and young adult market.
