OMG Appalling customer service and rude.
Sometimes it's a matter of how you talk to people and she was brusque. The assistant was a lady in her late 50s? with brown hair put back and up. I am sure there are plenty out there who would happily take her job, do it much better and be grateful to work there. I definitely won't go back into the shop again!! I don't appreciate being spoken to or treated in that manner.

Not open at the advertised times. Supposed to be open until 10pm but went at 7.30pm on a Saturday evening to collect a parcel and the shutters were down!

A lot of the staff are lovely but Sam obviously doesn?t want to be there, always grumpy never smiles customers appear to be an inconvenience

I'm hoping that this finds the correct person or store manager.
People are quick enough to complain but I wanted to say how superb one of your members off staff are.
I visited the store at about 7am last Saturday (30th May 2020) and was served by a young bloke lady with a nose piercing.
She is a credit to your company, she is friendly, polite and her customer service skills are fantastic, to the extent that I will now drive out of my way to your store rather that walk 20 yards to the MCcolls in Shelson Road Chippenham.

Great convenience shop. Post box is one of the few that collects at 9am on weekdays.
