Don’t shop here if you want to retain your data. Forced to hand over my data in order to get a proof of purchase, as they have gone ‘paperless’ and no longer give paper receipts. Surprised to see on the email it states ‘when you make a purchase in store you get THE OPTION of choosing paper receipt or digital receipt’.

Good variety of clothing .staff polite but it does need a good clean as there is a lot of dust of stands and also on products which is a shame .

My wife visited the Chippenham shop today to exchange a damaged item, the sales assistant asked for the managers assistant, they were both very polite and professional, my wife was so pleased with their attitude and willingness to understand the situation.
