No wonder banks are closing with these ridiculous opening hours!!! Open on the weekend when hard-working people have time to go to the banks to pay money in or pay bills. !!!

If people working all day and dont finish till after 4.30 Used to open longer hours and Saturday but now 4.30 closed and no Saturday now how people spoce to pay stuff in if your closed at 4.30 and or no Saturday times yes I know post office but not the same

Won't serve people at 4.15 because they shut soon. Can't do large money transfers online must go into branch. Branches not open outside of standard working hours. Banks are useless now.

This used to be a helpful bank but now they are using the Covid as a excuses so they don't have to open bank accounts inside the bank anymore and you make a phone call but still go back to the bank to take your Id in . What has happened to personal Banking no wonder that they are closing on street banks as they don't want to do face to face with customers anymore . I am very disappointed with them stopped using this covid virus as a excuse it doesn't work better for your customers.

Nat West seems to have longer queues than the other banks. It would also have been helpful to have been told that they can't do transfers from one account to another as there is no till-service. However the staff are courteous.

Always find the staff friendly and helpful here. Will help you to use online and App MyReward web banking too. Might not be everyone's ideal banking experience but I prefer it. Queues get a bit long if you wait for a "cashier" as they have that whole NatWest open plan apple store thing going on instead of old stye cashiers. Again not probably to everyone's liking. I personally think it's better. Staff are always really nice which is the main thing.

Unbelievable ! Waiting be served,until personal chatting. Ridiculous.They have only two rooms for you to be served,and 4 chairs where you waiting. Absolutely unprofessional !
