A fairly small McDonald's for the size of the town, this establishment copes surprisingly well on most days. The food is always the correct order, as I need to remove all milk based items from my order, therefore must "customize" my burgers. The toilets could do with more deep cleaning however, as they always smell and have sticky floors.

Don't expect the food to be hot, chips have always been sent back for a fresh batch. Staff are always very accommodating though, so maybe just need some adjustments on how long chips can stay in the hot... Thing (I'm not that technical)
Car park is too small for the restaurant, and spaces too small for modern cars. Be cautious when joining the drive through during busier periods as the queues can extend out to the roundabout
Dietary restrictions: Very limited for gluten free diets, can be accommodating for milk and soya allergies
Parking: Not enough spaces for the restaurant size
Kid-friendliness: It's a McDonald's, it's kid friendly ?
Wheelchair accessibility: All level access, door to disabled toilets is heavy

Incredibly slow and rude service.
Ordered McPlant came with no cheese and undercooked. Fries were cold. No milkshake or ice cream available.
How can you get away with making half a burger for drive through customers and charging full price?!?

Be prepared to wait 30 minutes for the wrong order. And the consistency of the food being over cooked is abhorrent.

Ran out of Philly cheese stack burgers. Milkshake machine yet again not working. Waited 10 minutes for the food using the drive through.

Ordered a chicken nug happy meal, medium coke, 2 hamburgers and a medium fries. Was told to wait for the food and had to wait 15 minutes for it but the order was all wrong so went in to correct and after a total of 35 minutes we finally got the correct food after being scowled at and most likely food was tampered with. Oh and the food was stone cold so wasn?t worth the hassle to get it anyways. This place has gone downhill so fast and it doesn?t seem like it?s improving anytime soon.

I went in and it was disappointing and disgusting! There was no cleaners and the place was a mess! I would never dine there! But takeaway would be fine! Please clean your restaurant
