Morrisons is one of my go-to places for groceries. The store is always clean, well-organised, and stocked with a wide variety of products, from fresh produce to household essentials. The prices are fair, and they often have good deals. Manager are polite, helpful, and efficient at checkout. I especially appreciate how easy it is to find what I need. Highly recommend shopping here!
I had a great experience at this post office! The staff were friendly, efficient, and very helpful. Manager went out of their way to answer my questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It?s always nice to be greeted with a smile, and their professionalism really stood out. Thank you for the excellent service!

Great little store, went in this morning to buy some milk the store was very clean and well presented with a great selection of prodcuts i was served by a lovely man in a shirt who made me fill welcomed and thanked me for shopping in the store

the staff here are absolutely lovely, me and my boyfriend go in almost daily and we are always greeted so kindly by Aiden and Matt! i will never understand why all of the reviews are so bad for this shop, shows the people of chippenham are boring old pensioners!!! the staff that do not work the post office cant control when it is and isnt open, its a 10 minute walk into town where there?s multiple other post offices, and loads of post services have home collection? massive thankyou to Aiden who has been ever so lovely to me and my boyfriend, my favourite part of the week is seeing them, always puts a smile on our face:) and thankyou for the capri suns!!

Where do I start?
Often, despite stating online that the post office is open, it is actually closed. The staff, particularly the male boss, is rude and lacks basic customer service skills.
Today, there are more than nine people in line at the post office. We've been waiting for over 20 minutes with no end in sight, and many people are leaving in frustration.
When you enter the shop, it's common to find no staff in sight, which forces you to shout or knock on the back door for assistance.
This place is a joke.

When I was trying to look around for someone to serve you know eventually found some on sat down behind the counter until a quirky little chaps that came out and pop some jokes about weird things that I guess was more fun than the old woman sat down I think there's a woman that is trying to be a Debbie McGee look like Stacy's mum has got it Goin On but I don't think that she's a mum and the only thing that she can't get going on is the PayPoint till. I still love Morrisons until they call it Morrisons daily and the only thing about daily in it is that I don't want to visit that shop Daly bring back McColl's the good old McColls at least the people in there had a personality

Visited to the post office -9am there is very limited supply of envelopes. There was a lady working at Morrisons who saw me waiting at the till and asked if I needed something. She did helpfully check whether there was any supplies at the back, but there wasn't any so she gave suggestions where I could get envelopes elsewhere.
Returned to post officer at 17:20 and managed to get my letter posted.
Marked score down due to the lack of supplies as would expect post office to have more envelopes sold but shelves were lacking. Although I am not sure whether this is a one off.
I appreciate that the lady in the morning who tried to help and give advice and seem nice.

As per usual the post office was closed 5 hours before it should be, despite saying online that it would be open.
Staff member told me ?you picked the wrong time init?
Was at least 3 members of staff in store at the time and I was the only customer.
Staff clearly don?t care.

Awful service. I walked in and there was one staff member chatting out the front and another chatting to someone by the food bit, I went straight to the tills with a package as the post office at the back was closed. The youngish dark haired lad clearly saw me but carried on chatting for a number of minutes, even the person he was talking to told him I needed serving, he then said I?ll be a couple of minutes. He eventually left her leaving me waiting for around 5 minutes in total. I then tried to give him the package on which he had no idea what to do with it. He then went outside to ask the other staff member who said he could do it, on coming back in he went to take my package and when I asked for a receipt he asked why and what was I trying to do. Why take the package if he has no idea why he?s taking it. I immediately took my package and went to the coop and sent my package with them, receiving the card and tracking number as standard for a DPD return. The staff member was absolutely clueless and the other guy seemed to have no desire to help him.

If I could give no stars I would. The service was appalling. Having to wait at the front of the tills for 10 minutes with 2 older ladies scanning an order from Uber through I'm guessing, who knew I was standing there did not acknowledge me. Not even a simple "sorry we won't be a moment" otherwise I would have been happy to wait. But no all I got eventually was "just shop items" not an apology for the long wait or anything. Being in customer service for 22 years I was not impressed at all.

This shop & Post Office is a disgrace. Post Office never open, what about elderly who rely on it??Tatty shop, boxes everywhere. Opens & shuts when it likes.Morrisons, you should be ashamed, & do something about it!!

Just got here on Tuesday the 12th Nov 2023 and found its shut even though the website says ita Open !! What is going on with Morrisons at Redlands ?
