“Really really accommodating and welcoming. Accepted our walk in on a Sunday, staff couldn’t do enough for us. Just let down by ordering the vegan option, stating specifically vegan and it came with sausages wrapped in bacon, they took it back but didn’t fill me with confidence. Also had Yorkshire puddings on which were definitely not vegan, makes me question that the carrots weren’t honey roasted? I know it’s a dietary lifestyle choice than a serious allergen but most people would have no accepted this and made more of a point about it..”

“Quite a big place it must be the biggest premier lv stayed in so far. We paid for early check in which we thought we would need at the time but really didn't use this but was quite happy this service was available just in case we needed it. The reason lm giving 4 for the room is because there was a very off smell coming out of the 2 rooms we booked otherwise everything else was not bad at all.......great staff who were always ready to serve with a huge smile which was very nice! Rooms were quite bigger than normal and very well thought set up........very clean too.......

Nearby activities: A huge playroom/activityroom for kids as well as an outdoor one at the restaurant which is handy if here with children of all ages

Safety: Felt quite safe here with grand kids

Walkability: Because it's a very big place and was very busy when we visited there was a lot of walking from the car as parking was not available near by otherwise there's plenty of parking for everyone

Food and drinks: Breakfast next was quite good actually

Noteworthy details: There's a moribobs just across the road from this accommodation for late night snacks n a bit of shopping if needed”

“Perfect location for a quick stopover traveling between places. Good value, clean and tidy room. Our room was quiet so we were happy. Shower was good. Starbucks across the road is a plus and Free parking.”

“A lovely overnight stay in this very dog friendly hotel. This hotel blends the old with the new very well. Staff were genuinely pleased to see you and couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms had everything you would need, they were clean and well laid out with a lovely walk in shower. A nice touch was spare towels for the pool”

“5star for receptionist Sam. She is very nice.With free parking. Paid WiFi. Good location. Beds and towels are clean. Hot shower. And warm room.Only bad thing is … there was a child running on first floor all time and it could awake me (at ground floor) in the early morning.”
