Very rude. I appreciate pharmacies are busy and under pressure but there?s no need to put the phone down on a customer, after they?ve called to check the correct drugs have been dispensed having repeatedly been given the wrong ones. Not happy at all with this service. Previously this pharmacy has been ok re customer service, apart from the issue with the drugs.

Was contacted and was told I could get my COVID booster and flu jab but arrived. After waiting 20 minutes in the queue was told they didn't have any and I couldn't reschedule an appointment. Will not be going there again.

What a brilliant pharmacy. Not only are they efficient friendly and fast. They opened on Christmas day which was massive for us as my partner is 14 weeks pregnant and needed antibiotics for a chest infection. The hard working team in there deserve so much respect for giving up their time to help those in need. Couldn't praise them enough.

Always have lots of staff on so waiting times are short if at all. They send me a text when my prescription is ready. It also has a friendly family business like feel to it.

Trying to speak to someone via the phone to check if my prescription is ready, but after a long wait I only get a recorded message then get cut off - very poo service.

Calling all day to check if my prescription is ready to collect, thought they must be really busy so popped in and it was very quiet. I had to wait whilst they prepared my order for 20 mins. I called the phone whilst I was waiting and it was silent?
