Phone rang for the entire 30 minutes I was stood queued up and no one answered it.There needs to be someone on the till for people buying over the shelf medication instead of everyone sorting prescriptions and it would considerably reduce the queues, I was one of 3 people in a queue of 6 picking up run of the mill pain relief medicine.It?s absolutely embarrassing the lack of common sense.

Waited half an hour in one of the 2 queues inside the pharmacy (none of the 10 customers waiting to be served seemed to know which one was the correct queue). In all that time not one of the five people behind the counter acknowledged a single person waiting, even the elderly gentleman who was clearly in distress and had resorted to sitting on a shelf-stacking stool.After a lady joined behind me and said she had been told to come back after waiting previously for an hour and a half for a Covid jab, I gave up and went elsewhere.Unless you are dying avoid this place at all costs!

Waiting time to be served is proportional to number of customers present. If you want to go when there are less poeple do not go in doctors opening time.Staff have always been friendly and helpful.

The staff are a joke, 1 hour for them to do my prescription that they have had for a week, it would be quicker if the staff spent less time moaning about the company they work for, they show no professionalism whatsoever!

Considering how many people walk through there door, it is astonishing how calm they are, baring in mind we as customers are grouchy, in pain, impatient and not our normal selves, the staff are brilliant they are calm polite and kind. You might see reviews on here of bad service massive wait times, yeah the wait times are bad and the service is judged on the wait time the staff are lovely it is not there fault the company is is struggling. I myself have been grouchy when in mind splitting pain and I felt bad days after they do not deserve anger they deserve praise they are all hero's and I thank them all for there continued hard work and compassion ??

Lloyds have gone massively downhill in the last 12 months - most of the time they don't have stock of common prescription medication, and when they order deliveries it still doesn't turn up most of the time.I would note that the staff are usually friendly, if stressed, and do their best to help... unfortunately Lloyd's just don't seem to be competent as an organisation, or just don't care about this branch.

Unfortunately can't give less than 1 star. Told to call them by 111 for my 1 year old. Called 35 times over an hour. No response, utter joke. I went there in the past to get medication for bells palsy and they only had half of it, luckily they had the steroids for the treatment otherwise it would have caused permit damage. Came back the next day as the pharmacist said and the woman that served me acted like I slapped her with a full nappy when I handed over the note the pharmacist gave me. No chance I will ever return.

Changed to this pharmacy as always had quick service and prescriptions quicker than other places however that seems to no longer be the case, they ask to allow a week so you go in a week later for them to then process it so have to wait another 30 minutes, the staff are extremely cold, there?s one young guy that?s very polite but that?s about it. Never answer the phone.

ALWAYS friendly and very helpful. Do their absolute best to get your meds for you on time, but its out of their hands. Yes, sometimes I can't get all my medication, yes, I might queue for an age and yes, I regularly have to go back. Ultimately this is NOT the fault of the staff but down to demand and drug shortages which puts so much pressure on ALL pharmacies across the country. It breaks my heart to see and hear the abuse the staff put up with, no wonder they can't recruit & keep new team members.....I wouldn't work under such awful conditions. A smile, a little understanding of the difficulties they face and manners, just might make their lives a little easier and the long wait in a queue a little chirpier! I've had some lovely chats and giggles in the queue!?A huge thankyou from me always!

Incompetent. Instead of being honest about availability of prescription tablets they promise delivery the next day to fob you off then fail to deliver citing supply issues & what they received has already been allocated to others even though I have been receiving the same prescription for years. I feel sorry for the staff. Whoever is managing this place needs to address the issues with answering the phone and wait times. It?s unacceptable to run a business of this nature like this.

Utterly awful service on every single level. Rude staff. Queue for an hour only to be told they havent got your prescription. Which would be fine but it?s every single time. After a year of this nonsense I have taken my business to Morrisons chemist where they couldn?t be more helpful.If you have a choice don?t use this chemist. If you don?t have mental health issues when you go in you certainly will by the time you leave!

I had requested an urgent prescription for my husband and had arranged with the doctors that they would send the script to the next door pharmacy in Middlefield Road. I went there at 19.30 just to find that they had shut at 16.30 with no apparent warning. When I went in the morning to collect the prescription I mentioned to the girl that it had been an urgent request and that when I came to collect the prescription they were shut. She just shrugged.

I?ve used this pharmacy for years, they are so helpful, polite and even under pressure, professional. I?ve listened to how some people talk down to them, you guy?s handle this better than I could, well done???..

Lloyds Pharmacy were unable to source my medication on different occasions, neither time did I get any notification and staff were rude when they Informed me!
