The staff at this Kwik fit told me they wouldn't repair a puncture be because my tyres have acoustic foam on them. Just want to sell me a tyre rather than help me. I had to go elsewhere to get a repair.
Michelin website states:
Acoustic tyres :
They contain a special foam that reduces the noise of the tyre when it is running. This type of tyre can be repaired in the same way as a standard tyre.

Great service! Went in with no idea of what I needed to do. Elliott told me the wall of my tyre was too damaged and needed to be replaced. He told me to return at 3pm which I did. 25mns later I had a new tyre.
Overall a GREAT service from Elliot and his colleague at a very competitive price. Many thanks

Good service and happy with the price for tyre change

It is always very rewarding to visit Kwik Fit at the Causeway, London Road, in Chippenham. As a disabled senior person, whenever I need help with my car I always refer to them. I have always been treated with respect and consideration by the team and last week it was all that and more. I needed help with connecting my android mobile phone to the screen of my car in order to be able to use google maps, as the sat nav that came with the car is rubbish. I was first seen by the very professional manager Elliot, who lent me his USB cable to try and connect, then he said it would be better to call Kieran, as he was younger and more au fait with the technology than him. I was amazed. Team work at its best. And gentle Kieran connected the phone to the screen in no time at all! So, a big heartfelt thank you to Elliot, Kieran and the whole team for being so helpful, competent compassionate and highly professional. I can now drive safely without worrying that I might get lost as it happened so many times before when using the car?s sat net. Keep up the good work guys. Bless you!

If you have problems with your tyres, this is ok to go to. Anything else, don't bother.

Had a puncture and still needed to drive another 15 miles on to destination then another 120 miles back home. Ben Beckett was extremely helpful, polite, efficient and did his best to help in the absence of any Kwik fit having our tyre in stock. Great customer service. Would recommend. Thanks again to both Ben and the young chap that helped with the tyre.
