I had moved house that morning and was extremely stressed as I got a puncture on the way out of town. The manager in Chippenham was very helpful and listened to my dilemma. Initially he said they couldn't help due to no time but when he realised I had just moved house and had a 3 hour drive ahead of me he made time for it and made an awful day slightly better.

Phoned up at 11am on Sunday after a cracked valve on my car, when I needed it repaired asap to get to the airport the next day. Was told they could squeeze me in at 3pm, got the work done and fixed the issue. Excellent service at such short notice! Would recommend

I have been using kwik fit station hill chippenham for 7 years now .they have changed ownership in the last 2 years also but I have stayed loyal to them even when Darren who used to run it moved to bumpers farm. But the way I have been treated by them last year and this year is not professional enough..so last year they couldn't fit a wheelbaring so I had to go to another garage to get it fitted only to come and get charged another £27 pounds for a retest after i repaired the wheelbaring but don't forget i had paid the initial m.o.t £53.to me it's a abit of a scum .press forward this year the car failed on bulbs/ lights.they didn't call me to let me know that the car had failed because if they did call i would said to fix the bulbs as it was only 70 pounds. But Only to get their after work and they said that they called because I showed them the last call I received which wasn't them. And if they did call I would have got a voicemail. No voicemail. So my car failed m.o.t on bluds so the next day I then went on and fixed new lights whilst waiting on my new m.o.t retest appointment..which was within the recommended DVLA 10 days buffer .but just because I fixed the bulbs/ light at another garage I used to fix my advisories on the My current m.o.t certificate. They said I have to pay another £27 for a retest but bare in mind the retest was only 5 days within the 10 days buffer meaning I shouldn't be paying for a retest but I can promise this I even write more about my experience but I leave it here for now but what i can say please be fair because Its not about money its about having good practice for your business and the customers that are using your service's.just be fair in your business regardless
