Close at 4pm, says it open. Travelled to come here and they have closed and I got there at 2:30pm and the shutters was down, lights and and phone was off. If you close early put up a notice

Apparently there's member of staff here who was unwilling, even under pressure from an absolute Karen, to harass those wanting to shop without a worthless piece of fabric strapped to their face. What an absolute legend. 5 starts. 10/10 would buy zinc again.

One of the members of staff in this branch is unaware of the need (and law) for people to wear masks in shops. When I politely pointed out to this staff member that another customer did not have a mask on, she made it clear she didn't care and then mumbled something about me having an attitude!!I appreciate that not all people are able to wear masks, for various reasons, but for a shop worker to be unaware of the law, and to condone a customer not wearing one, without even politely asking them to, is only helping to spread the virus.I shan't shop there again.
