Popped in for a head and face hot towel shave plus a beard trim. Great job and made me feel a million dollars. Some class music to listen to as well. Definitely recommend and I?ll be back.

Wil gave my partner an amazing hot towel wet shave, so relaxing they fell asleep in the chair! Wil is a great barber and story teller, and I can't believe how quickly the time went by. Hepcats is a fabulous retro Barbers and well worth a detour for a shave....I'm booking myself in to the Beauty Parlour next time!

I've always had trouble deciding on hair styles, and then getting the one I'd like. Here, though, they get it absolutely spot on. You look great, feel great and the people are some of the best you'll meet. I've gone there 3 times and always come out with a great new hair cut and feeling fantastic, they treat you like old friends, it's honestly so nice. I adore the decore, too, Star Wars, a record player, old fashioned bottles, it's fantastic. This is honestly the best barbers I've ever been to, and I'll happily continue returningBeen going here for a while now and I always come out looking and feeling fantastic. Will is wonderful and a joy to talk with. Always enjoy coming here, and definitely recommend them to anyone

Hepcats is such a different experience to other salons! It's very laid back, relaxed and welcoming. Sarah is so friendly, always does an excellent job and can give advice for keeping your hair looking great when you're at home.I found them when looking for hair / make up for my wedding (which was also brilliant) and wouldn't go anywhere else now.

My first visit yesterday to this wonderful salon and barbers. Sarah is such a lovely person and so welcoming.I had a long trim, which was carried out in such a relaxed way, giving me hair care tips and advice how to manage my white string! such a sweet setting with wallpaper of flowers and furnishings to transport you away. My experience was one I shall be repeating... Sarah you are officially my new hairdresser:)

OMG ???? Where do I begin to tell you about what an AMAZING place this is. At 57 I've just had my first manicure ?!!!! Everyone there was just delightful, friendly & positive. I felt immediately like I was part of the family ? If you like a quirky, body positive, fully inclusive experience then this is for you. My manicure is beautiful, very natural as it's my first & my job doesn't allow anything too outrageous, but I've a feeling that I will get braver over time. Janie ( I hope I've spelt that right ? ) was just fabulous, so friendly & caring, she made me feel instantly relaxed ?

I am a regular customer of Sarah's at Hepcats - and I can't recommend these guys enough! Sarah is amazing with haircolour and styling and I used to do my own hair but I don't anymore because the result I get from Sarah is better than anything I could have dreamed! I love the environment and atmosphere in here and the whole hepcats team is a joy to talk to ?
