Had a great experience. Needed a new battery for the car, so I phoned up Halfords and spoke to a nice guy in south africa where the call center was based. I gave him the car registration and my location and they found my nearest Halfords, and the right battery for the car. I was given a choice of time slots to be there. When I arrived at Halfords Chippenham. I was seen by a helpful young man who fitted the battery for me and reset the car through the diagnostic port. All this was done in 20 minutes. It was great service all the way through. And a 5 year warranty on the battery.

We had to use Halfords (Chippenham) today due to a faulty battery on our car , the young man Ethan is an absolute credit to this store. He advised , was very polite, helpful & couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely use again & highly recommend.

I got a car battery fitted & the whole experience was really good from start to finish. I browsed the website & found what I needed easily via my vehicle registration, I booked a timeslot only a few hours away, I was greeted in a friendly way at the store & the job was carried out really quickly with it being explained as it went along & plenty of opportunity for me to ask any questions or just chat. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who doesn't fancy faffing with fitting a battery themselves!

Great service today from Ethan at the Chippenham store. A huge thank you to Ethan who fitted two new rear brake lights bulbs for me. I could've done it myself but not nearly as quickly as efficiently as he did. He looks so young, but has expertise beyond his years, is knowledgeable and professional and knew my car make well. In addition to this he was chatty and friendly when I asked about his job, and unlike so many youngsters then asked politely about mine. What an asset to Halfords and what a pleasure to deal with someone who so genuinely loves their job and working with customers and understands professional courtesy so well. I shall be telling all my friends to go there.
