Booked an appointment for a spray tan and she never turned up. No contact or reply to my messages. Very unprofessional.

Made a follow up appointment for Claire to come and do my lash infill?s for 1pm by 1.40pm still no sign of her and no answer on her phone.48 hours later no response to my voicemail or email with an explanation or an apology.Very unprofessional but i guess that is what separates people like this from successful people who manage to run a diary & business.Having a number of friends in her catchment area i will certainly make sure they are aware of my experience in order not to waste their time.
