I was quoted £100 today to repair the glass over my camera lens.. I took it to another store in Chippenham who told me it wasn't the camera lens that was broken it was just the screen protector that had cracked over it. The lens was fine underneath

Visited today to upgrade my broadband router, and sort out a few contract issues. As a person of mature years, modern tech not my strongpoint. Excellent service from Kim. She was patient, and managed to resolve problems. I went home a lot happier. Thanks.?

I came in just before closing to get a sim only deal as I had recently moved house and didn?t have WiFi. The staff (Oli, Fumni and Evie) where all very kind and helpful even helping me past their official closing time. Thanks to them I now have peace of mind knowing I have connection. I can?t recommend them enough they are a credit to the company.

My EE/BT experience was not enhanced by visiting the store. They tried to switch me from EE to BT, which I didn't want and didn't feel was a good deal for a customer of 17 years. Subsequently I have needed to telephone EE several times to try and sort it out. We will be reluctantly saying bye bye to our landline and probably end up with more bandwidth than we need on broadband. Roll on the integration of EE into BT. A pity as my experience when upgrading my mobile about a year ago in the store would have merited a 5 star review.
