I like the plant based pizzas there. Unfortunately I made the experience that the staff members are sometimes very unfriendly. I hope that is not the standard which I experienced there.

Typical pizza from Domino's. Very nice, but every now and then the double decadence pizza will be either cheese-less or super cheesy. The wings are incredible, specially with the RedHot sauce.

Hi when I made an order for delivery around 10 minutes later I received a phone call saying that I?m giving a fake adress for Framton farm and they do not deliver to Framton farm so I have to pick it up just outside Framton farm when the delivery driver arrived up the road when I drive up to collect the order as they wouldn?t deliver to the farm she screamed into my face saying we do not deliver to gypsy caravan park and if I want food again come and collect it she was very rude and racist and when I asked her why they don?t deliver to gypsy caravan parks she said all you people are all the same you never payed this is very racist and I did not think domino?s was that sort of company

Was really taken back by the managers bad attitude after a genuine mistake on my behalf which I called up immediately to rectify. The manager absolutely could have shown me some kindness in that moment but instead chose not too. They refused to deliver to me when I'm 13 mins away but wouldn't refund me. Customer service is lacking. Will remove review if refunded.

Order from here regularly, I'm a bit out in the middle of nowhere and they consistently deliver in about 20 mins, nothing ever missing, by far the most reliable takeaway available for me

Well what a difference 5 miles makes. It makes a 5 star ? difference. I had a horrible experience at the Corsham store this evening when I was treated absolutely disgustingly by the assistant manager and sour faces brunette lady so I went back online and ordered again from Chippenham which was 5 miles away and hoped for the best. What a difference in atmosphere when I walked in, it actually felt like the staff wanted to be there as opposed to the staff in Corsham who looked like they were being held hostage. Had a lovely chat with 2 team members of the team and told them about Corsham and they just said "no comment" so that speaks absolute volumes. When I'm back in the area I will absolutely go to Chippenham over Corsham even though it means an extra 10 mile round trip. Customer service goes a long way and the Chippenham store delivered this in spades. Corsham need to take a leaf out of Chippenham's book and learn how it's done correctly ?????

Had several issues with food, wrong pizza or wrong topping. The manager is rude and says your making it up, because I want a free pizza! Never offers to replace food or offer any discount, will never use dominos again after this, very disappointed
