I am so happy with the service here. I came in with my gorgeous engagement ring to be resized smaller. The staff were very friendly and explained everything, I even had a staff member advise me that I go slightly smaller than I originally thought - which I am so glad I did. I handed the ring over on Tuesday, and I recieved a message on Friday the same week saying it's been repaired and ready. So happy with it, fits perfectly and it's so shiny. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to resize their ring. Most places I enquired about would take 4-5 weeks.

I recently visited the Chippenham branch to get my daughter?s ears pierced, and it was a disappointing experience. When we arrived (you can?t book), we were told by an assistant called Grace that ear piercing was suspended because they were ?too busy?. However, the store wasn?t busy at all ? the staff were just standing around chatting and not serving customers.
It was frustrating, especially since getting my daughter?s ears pierced was supposed to be a birthday treat. If you couldn?t provide the service, an offer to help us at another time would have been appreciated, but you didn?t really care. The ability to book an appointment wouldn?t be a bad idea, especially during busy periods to avoid disappointment.
I was able to get my daughter?s ears pierced further a field and she had a lovely experience which made the lack of professionalism and customer care in your Chippenham branch really stand out today.

My daughter had her ears pierced here this morning. Both the ladies in the shop were really lovely and helpful. They gave us all the relevant information we needed and were lovely at interacting with our 5 year old. Our daughter left very happy, with her ears pierced and even a certificate.

Went in today to spend my Christmas money and got a beautiful Pandora Disney charm and chain making myself a necklace I was assisted by the most helpful and kind sales assistant I think her name was Heidi and she was so helpful with finding me the length of chain I wanted and which charm would work best and she let me rattle on about my Disney stories too truly 5 star service
