George was great, we were looking for a 24" smart TV for the motorhome and he helped us make the right decision for us. 28" LG. The only downside is that I didn't get the email receipt, and apparently, Currys can't resend it, which is a bit rubbish. Can only guess the email address was mistyped.

It was great to have a physical store to visit and see the items I was purchasing face to face.I ended up buying from Currys online because of the delivery, but that was not until I visited the store and compared the different specifications of the item I was buying.The young lad to assisted us was very polite, helpful and sincere.

I only visit Currys because of a lack of choice in the High Street.Staff are either standing around chatting to eachother or nowhere to be seen.Stock always seems to be low so your only other option is delivery which can add a large chunk to your purchase.Don't rely on their 'expert' advice. Often it is wrong. Do your own research

The staff are very helpful, but that is a far as they can go. After sales support by curry?s customer services is non existent. They just pass the problem to the manufacturer. They won?t answer emails or phone calls and want nothing to do with the product once it was been sold. I bought a hot point dryer which has failed 3 times in last 4 months, so I am covered by Customer rights act.I am having to start court action as they won?t even have a decency to answer my emails or phone calls.By all means look and get advise from the helpful store staff, but buy elsewhere.

I have been there several times over the last few months looking for Chromebooks, phones and kitchen appliances. They never have stock, their staff are never available unless you're buying tech or TVs and one character treats you like an inconvenience. Never going there again

Very helpfully they have items on the shelf that aren't actually in stock and that they can't order in so after a lengthy debate about which item you want, you can't even have it!

Awful. Had to fight for over a year for a refund for an item that was returned in the packaging the same day as it was bought. No reason was given by them, they just kept telling me it was coming. Had to start legal proceedings and then they refunded me. Terrible customer service and I would never buy from them again.

George with the blue hair was absolutely incredible. Super professional, ridiculously knowledgeable and an asset to the team. His knowledge on the item we were purchasing was amazing.The store: some items are low on stock or out of stock so if you are coming to this store it may be worth checking stock availability online before travelling.
