Rudest staff I have ever seen

Waited with no one in front of me for 3 members of staff to have a chat about dogs for an unacceptable amount of time before someone even acknowledged me let alone took my order. Out of the 3 only one of them was actually working..customer service skills nil

Had a really uncomfortable experience yesterday. We ordered, and I took my partner to a table in their wheelchair while we waited for drinks.
I needed the toilet (I have Crohn's) and discovered the toilets are locked with a keypad, so I had to return to the counter to ask for access. They said the code is on the receipt, but I said I couldn't read it. So they told me the code. I asked which toilet it was for, and they said the regular one. I couldn't get the code to work, so returned to the counter, and had to say that I was a disabled person (I was wearing my sunflower lanyard) and that I needed them to open the toilet for me now as the code wouldn't work. All in front of a queue of people.
Having felt overwhelmed by this experience we had to get takeaway cups and leave.
Costa: please think again about your disability accessibility at this branch.
Wheelchair accessibility: Toilets are accessed using a keypad. (Radar key would be much better). The keypad for the disabled toilet was high up - which would be out of reach of many wheelchair users. Large sanitary bins are placed alongside the toilet which would make it inaccessible for many wheelchair users

Only 2 staff on, the woman was too busy making my partner feel uncomfortable by being over friendly, to the point he got up to stand next to me and the lad was clearly new and not being supervised. I ordered 4 different drinks of which the woman fed some rubbish about not having to label lattes anymore... so how are you supposed to know which is which straight away??? The quality of the drinks were the worst we have ever had in Costa. The frappe was runny and tasteless and the lattes stone cold after a less than 5 minute drive.... not what I expect from Costa and the cost of drinks in there now. Will never go there again.

Served by a really polite pretty girl with amazing afro hair. Coffee could do with being hotter but Costa coffee is always the same.

Overall a good Costa coffee only thing that let's it down when I attended was the seats and tables were a bit grubby and the sofa was stained. Otherwise good service, friendly staff and clean preparation of the food.

Had a cake here once on my birthday and it tasted old and stale however if you go for the drink it taste amazing and the service there is amazing and they are so nice! If you eat in the tables arnt always clean but they will be fine

Coffee was good. I asked for extra hot but did not get it ?.Place desperately needs a makeover. The last time I saw chairs like these was in the 70s ?? Just Saying ?This got be on the list for an upgrade.
