“I visited here with my children today and with my daughter becoming a teenager she’s starting to get into skin care etc and really wanted to go and choose some birthday presents.I must say, the young lady who was there was absolutely lovely. She took my daughter around the shop explaining what things were and the items with “try me” on were there for her to try as much as she liked etc and talked her through everything. Another lady entered the shop and she rang and asked someone to come down and serve so she could help my daughter. She also gave her lots of free samples and she made the whole experience for my daughter a joy. Thank you very much, if only more people in customer service had a delightful attitude like yours. We shall be returning soon x”

“I've had a three contract for several years and I've visited this shop twice in that time. The first time was to setup a contract with a new phone and the guy who served me was excellent, taking me through the whole process, to me walking out of the door with a new phone and contract.My recent visit was equally as impressive, we went through their new contract offerings and a Google Pixel 7 Pro, I was turned down on a new contract with the new SIM plan offerings, but the staff assured me that as I'd had a phone on contract with them before, they could complete an upgrade on my current contract, that wouldn't require a credit check! So I have my new Pixel Pro and a two year contract at a lower cost than the new SIM plan offerings ?The staff were very patient and happy to spend the time to go through everything (I was there for over an hour), 5* they truly deserve, thank you!”

“Went to the pharmacy on Wednesday, as I requested meds I needed urgently. Dealt with by Steve and advised it would need ordering in. I advised him I needed them urgently, he said he would order them in and get ready for Friday. Received a text today (Friday ) and they were ready as promised. Boots is great for my prescriptions as there weekly and always ready. However Steve is an asset to the pharmacy. Thanks Steve!”
