Ben was fantastic through the entire purchasing process. As first time buyers, it was a daunting prospect, however Ben was friendly and professional the entire time, pushing hard on our and the sellers behalf for a fast purchase and always keeping us informed of what was happening and how things were moving. We purchased last year through Connells in Chippenham, and although we had some initial teething issues with the purchase, Camille was always wonderful to deal with and helped put our minds at ease and made the process bearable.

From the moment I made the call to view my property Connells made it their mission to make my life easy as I transitioned through buying my first property. Camille who hosted me through the viewing and aided me with any enquiries, believe me I had loads to Dennie who helped me process the stacks of paper work and Jenner who always made sure I my messages went to the correct places. Jay and Dennie were absolute great during our recent sell. They were professional and really knowledgeable right from the initial enquiry through to completion. They quickly organised an open day - keen to host a large number of viewings and they managed to secure a great price for us too! Despite a lengthy process - not directly linked to Connells - they were extremely helpful and kept us updated at all points throughout the sale.
