I?ve used Coates Florist before and was really disappointed with how little value for money I got on a recent purchase for £50. When I phoned I got told that Lillies were now really expensive - strange. I had 6 and 4 were already open. There are other suppliers out there in the area with much better value for money and customer service that I will use in future.

I needed to find a florist very last minute for a funeral and who could make a wreath. Coates florist was very accommodating and helpful nothing was a bother and I am so happy with the beautiful flowers for the day. I would definitely use them again!

I?m not one for writing reviews, but Coates deserve this.Having lost a friend, feeling helpless in another country, sending flowers was the very least I could do.Not only did I have no problem what so ever, Emma & Co went out of there way to find out who and where to send to.Thank you very much again EmmaRobin

Pros- Coates accommodate same day delivery if ordered before 11.Cons- very disappointed to see pictures of the bouquet delivered. They looked nothing like the images on their Facebook & Instagram page. This was a small bouquet but for £35 I would expect a fuller bunch with a mixture of quality stems and foliage. Would not recommend.

Lovely little florist - the plants they sell are always well cared-for, with an attractive selection of pots. Buyers are provided with a comprehensive care card and the shopkeepers are always happy to advise on aspects like pet toxicity. I haven't personally used their florist services but have seen the bouquets they arrange, and they're gorgeous.

I highly recommend Coates Florist to anyone the local area.I have been a regular customer over the past couple of years, and I must say their flower quality is truly incredible. Very poor customer service. Wanted a Alevera plant 30 cm in height, this was not stocked but was informed one could be ordered for me.The time scale was not mentioned, I waited for 6 weeks, only to be informed that they could not deliver the product.Why wait 6 week to inform me of this?

Did an amazing job providing the flowers for our wedding. They were really patient discussing with us exactly what we'd want for our wedding day and even set it all up for us at the venue. The flowers were beautiful and even lasted for ages after our special day.
