What a lovely little store, I've never been in before but needed a gift for my girlfriend and the girl on the till was very very helpful, she said she's from the bath store and was covering for someone but seemed very experienced and didn't struggle with finding any suggestions!

Really disappointed. We booked for our daughter to have her ears pierced this morning for 10am. We waited outside until 10:30am, the door was locked, no answer on the phone, which I rang 4 times. It was for my daughter?s birthday, which was on Friday so she was so excited to have them done. Thankfully, next door at David Christopher they were open on time and pierced our daughter?s ears, so she didn?t leave disappointed and the ladies in there were lovely and gave us all the relevant information.
Such a shame that Claire?s not only, didn?t open on time, but also didn?t acknowledge there was an appointment booked.

Went in today sat down chose ear rings would have been 88 pound went with my husband.. out came forms got to be honest I am on medication for epilepsy..gutted they would not do it for me? got to get a doctor's note think I won't bother the doctors over that and will have to go without what a joke

Took the granddaughter?s in for ear and nose piercing. The two assistants were amazing, they explained what they were going to do at every stage and took time out when the youngest got a bit scared and talked her down. They were patient, very friendly and a credit to the shop. ?

Although busy, and with products changing daily, so ready to go onto shelves/racks, I can still manoeuvre my rollator around when I shop there! Helpful staff, always find something I 'need'...Great place!

Got exactly what I needed...did really well not to buy 2 extra bits cos it's buy 2 get 1 free...no point if you end up buying for the sake of it though. That said they have all sorts of great stuff in for the young and young at ?

Nice place,high prices- Quality is rubbish.Small earnings for kids or adults they are just sprayed with colour and they are quickly piling off.

Not a very access friendly shop. Despite only needing to buy things for my daughter in here I can never get her buggy in. If I take her out and leave it outside the staff seem annoyed whenever she touches anything.
