What a lovely little store, I've never been in before but needed a gift for my girlfriend and the girl on the till was very very helpful, she said she's from the bath store and was covering for someone but seemed very experienced and didn't struggle with finding any suggestions!

Really disappointed. We booked for our daughter to have her ears pierced this morning for 10am. We waited outside until 10:30am, the door was locked, no answer on the phone, which I rang 4 times. Went in today sat down chose ear rings would have been 88 pound went with my husband.. out came forms got to be honest I am on medication for epilepsy..gutted they would not do it for me? got to get a doctor's note think I won't bother the doctors over that and will have to go without what a joke
