Shocking. Don?t even waste your time. Warranties aren?t honoured whats so ever. Had a fault with my adblue tank, was told by an independent garage who had no reason to lie that the seal was faulty and the tank was not in any way shape or form damaged. This made it covered under warranty. Miraculously, after the van had been at Citroen Chippenham for a few days I was told that a stone had made a hole in the tank, which was not covered by warranty and it would cost me £1200 to repair. The guys at Citroen knew I had no way to move the van for a second opinion as the Adblue had gone therefore the vehicle will not start.I have no other option but to pay it the money, it?s disgusting. I?m a small independent business that should of been supported by Citroen after purchasing a brand new van that came with a warranty attached. Instead I?ve been absolutely done over.
