Very rude staff no customer service skills at all. Went in to get rid of dvds was spoken to rudely by a member of staff they were only going to take 10 which fine but it was the fact that he was so rude and unpleasant. I took the dvds back and took them to a charity shop in the end. Learn some customer service skills.

My experience of buying a phone from Cex has been nothing short of complete perfection. Chris who served me was patient and so professional, I would have no hesitation in recommending this shop .Thankyou Chris .

Went to Smyths and then CEX while looking at Nintendo switch games, its was £10 more to buy them second hand in CEX than it was to buy them brand new in Myths. I thought that was really bad and yes Smyths may of had an offer on but second hand should never be more expensive than brand new. Just makes me think in future ill go else where first

Very small cex store but has a good amount of decent stock still alot of shuffle wear which all cex stores seem to carry.
Staff very helpful and friendly.
Seems to have a good turnover of stock especially for a small town cex.

i went in there today at around 10:50 and was greeted with a rude staff member, i told him i had an account as i went in there to trade in a game and i know full well i?ve have an account there but he kept insisting that i didn?t and spoke to me in a condescending sarcastic tone. absolutely rude and rubbish people in there im not coming back

Took my phone into this store left it with them, 2 hours later got a phone call to say the charging port wasn?t working apparently they cleaned it out and everything! However after collecting the phone plugged my the charger and it miraculously worked somehow, Even without having to move the charger lead about apparently it was ?dodgy?. Took my phone into a different Cex store they tested it and told me it worked perfectly. Absolutely shocking!!!

I had an awful experience with the customer service at this place. The guy helping me was wearing a cap and acting like he was some big boss, being incredibly condescending the entire time. He was rude and dismissive, which made me feel totally unwelcome. On top of that, he didn?t even accept my items, claiming that even a C grade wasn?t good enough. It's honestly ridiculous! I wouldn?t recommend this place to anyone?there are far better options out there. Definitely won?t be coming back.

Sell 2nd Xbox controllers same price as new. Unwanted present, even though told I can get a refund I was not able to, only a voucher which obviously is no good. No fault on the staff who were polite but ridiculous policy and very annoying I got told something not completely true

Great experience shopping with CeX for the first time today. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff, who really go the extra mile to help you with your requests. Great job to CeX Chippenham for the experience today and I'll definitely be using them again in the future!
