Great place to pick up unusual items. I ordered a CPU and ram online then picked up in store. all worked well. Fair price. Docked one star as website is a bit glitchy.

I would not buy any electronic items from here or mobile phones etc they con you out of them overall dvds are good but that's about it. Their prices for phones or computer appliances are disgusting and not worth buying. Absolutely a con. So only getting a 3 star it is okay but not great and they don't deserve to have a five star rating. Also I must say the staff that work here are very bloody rude. They don't assist you and welcome you they are very rude. What gets me is people work here with piercings hanging out of their noses and tattoos all over them. It's a bit ??(sorry) I'm only being honest.

Chris, the manager of the CEX store, deserves high praise for his outstanding customer service and professionalism. Despite I was a bit disappointed with the phone conditions bought from Cex online, him and his team promptly helped me with the return. He then assisted me to find the phone I needed with optimal conditions copying with my indecision over few days :DHis friendly and helpful demeanor truly made my day, turning my disappointment in satisfaction, and also remembering me the value of buying in person from high street stores rather than online.I highly recommend Chris and the CEX store Chippenham to anyone in need of quality used products and exceptional service. Best experience in a cex store so far. Well done team!

Friendly staff for the most part (not the guy that?s always in a cap he?s rude). Never had a problem with any purchase or trade in. One thing is, this store smells. Needs some Airwick stat! Oh also, not sure what their rules are with regards to cleaning items, but the glass and window displays look gross because the controllers and handheld consoles in them have got grimey hand stuff all over them.
