Top quality customer service from the Chippenham, Wiltshire store today; my 5 year old's Birthday balloon went down overnight, so when we came downstairs to celebrate his big day, we were all very deflated. But one phone call later and the fabulous shop manager resolved it for us! Thank you ?

Normally very good, but this morning 7/6/19 the queue was the length of the shop one poor young lady serving with 3 other staff members out the back. A male staff member brought some balloons out and when she asked for help he made an excuse and disappeared. We were not impressed as customers. I cannot praise the young lady cashier enough for staying calm and polite. (Chippenham Branch)
