Friendly staff and good coffee. Unfortunately I could not relax with my coffee - the noise of dishes being taken in and out of the dishwasher was so loud the bangs made me jump and startled my baby a few times.

I visited a couple of weeks ago and had to give one star as the food I was waiting for hadn't been heated up and my query was ignored. I visited again today and a similar thing happened. It was compounded by a person behind me in the queue getting their food before me. The same member of staff was involved. I visit Nero cafés quite often and I am sorry to say that the standard of service in this one falls far below what I would expect of this chain.

Our favourite cafe in Chippenham, always friendly staff and great coffee, cakes are a little expensive but quality doesn't come cheap. Highly recommended.
