WORST EXPERIENCE!!! asked for booking a table; said it is available as you walk in later on said no DINNER, NO FOOD after certain time.

Stopped by for breakfast which was quite good and buffet style but was seriously let down by how dirty the place was.
Litter everywhere our table had chips all over the floor obviously from last night!!
Cleaner was either off sick or needs sacking!

This was genuinely one of the worst meals we have ever eaten. Started off with being overcharged when ordering and blamed it on having a bad day.
The calamari starter arrived and was about 6 pieces of burnt deep fried rock hard tasteless lumps. Absolutely dripping in fat and served on greaseproof paper. Inedible and had to be sent back.
Replacement chicken wings were as hard as wrecking balls and looked like they had been refried about 3 times.
The loaded nachos were a disgrace. Looked like a small handful of the cheapest bag, thrown on a plate with a bit of sour cream dip and salsa.
The pizza looked like an undercooked Asda smart price one they sell for about £1.49.
The burgers were poor quality, the chips clearly out a frozen packet and I've had nicer wine from Lidl's cheapest they sell.
I genuinely can't believe the food that was served. I obviously set my expectations low from the start, but never this.
It was the cheapest ingredients available coupled with shocking preparation.
This place clearly only exists thanks to being next to the premier inn and it's unsuspecting guests.
I would avoid at all costs.

Food was as expected from this chain restaurant but average to be fair for the price but service was very slow as peak time. Friendly staff waiting tables and at the bar, good choice of food too and drinks! Recommend for locals as well as people staying at the hotel attached.

Went into this Brewers Fayre a couple of week's ago on a Monday to get lunch. Unfortunately the only member of staff we could see was busy sorting out business with people trying to prebook (I guess), we waited for approx 10 mins before being told she wouldn't be long? At that point we left and found somewhere else to get lunch.

Yesterday I was at the venue for a birthday party we ordered our food what we was having a smother platter paid for upgrade for the steak and still received the normal steak that you pay to upgrade the crispy bacon tasted like charcoal and the meal was all round cold
I had the big stack burger my burger was small and the portion of chips was no more than half of hand full my meal was appalling and looks looks like something from a McDonald?s saver menu same with my sister in laws meal ( same as mine ) even the kids meals was cold we ordered our food before someone else who came after us and they got there food before us even tho we ordered before them we then left as no one was willing to listen to our complaints and to get a refund of £63.01 which is terrible customer service and when we got home we have since been on the loo with bad guts and not eaten since it?s disgusting will not be eating here again avoid at all costs have better food from McDonald?s I would like my refund for the sum of £63.01 or il take this to the papers

My Pops and I both ordered from the Festive Menu (2 courses for £15.99): my choices were Vegetable Wellington followed by Billionaires Profiteroles. The meal was as good as I expected it to be from Brewers Fayre?microwave chow.

I tried to go hear for breakfast with my 2 kids 4 and 5 but was turned away. There were empty tables and I even asked if I could wait but was told no. This isn't great and I probably won't be back. Disappointed!

Due to work we stayed in the Premier Inn & we visited Cepen Park Brewer?s Fayre expecting a pleasant evening meal. Instead, we were met with a shocking level of poor service and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.
The staff seemed more interested in closing up shop than serving their patrons. Once we finished our meal at 9pm, they began clearing tables around us and ushering patrons to the ?bar area, which still had others plates etc on the tables, creating an incredibly uncomfortable and rushed atmosphere.
To add insult to injury, the quality of the food was mediocre at best, cardboard sausages & overcooked everything. I strongly advise anyone considering visiting this establishment to reconsider, go to the fast food establishment next door.
It's clear that customer service is not a priority here.
