The staff are brilliant! The optometrist efficient, skilled (as you would hope) with a lovely personality, the sales staff enthusiastic, although I managed to resist their salesmanship in trying to get me to buy multiple pairs of glasses! Never has parting with so much money in such a short space of time been so much fun!

We always feel welcome when we visit the Chippenham store. It?s like coming home! Exemplary and professional service from everyone who works there. This is especially important for me as I have children and an elderly mother; they were with me on this visit and received the best care. I have observed this attention to people and their care with other customers. The store is always clean. I just can?t speak highly enough!
