Don?t bother with Bensons.. have one job to sell beds.. can?t sell them without an annoying unprofessional sales person.. also didn?t try hard enough to deliver original order so we had to re order another one! 6 months later.. they still can?t deliver a bed! Asked for refund can?t refund in the shop because the useless sales person claims he?s not allowed to refund over 1k even though most sales are over £1k.. just pathetic computer says no useless company.. now going elsewhere ! Don?t bother.. they can?t sell or deliver a bed! One job!

My partner and I are first time house buyers and wanted to save as much money as possible. In terms of beds, the various options were endless! Jeff was very helpful in advising our many different options and even offered a 10% discount if we bought in store. He was friendly, helpful, respectful (not pushy), and answered well lots of our questions. Highly recommend.

Malcolm in the showroom was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I spent quite some time in the showroom the first visit and then went back again a couple of months later. It was then I made the purchase. Would highly recommend

Malc was not pushy at all. Nice guy, let us wander around and gave sound and knowledgeable advice when we asked him. Made spending money good fun?..bearing in mind how much we purchased a little more discount would have been appreciated or even waiving the delivery charge? ( maybe even a free pillow or two!! ? ). Overall Malc was great, a great ambassador for Bensons?..deserves a pay rise!!

The team was fantastic. Cannot fault them at all, they kindly welcomed us in, let us know to ask for assistance or should we need help on arrival. Once we said we wanted a nose first, they graciously let us take a walk around and nose first in our own time and could see they were close by for questions. I REALLY liked the fact we were not bombarded and left to our accord on arrival as when you think of beds, it can be a quite a private and important big purchase so for thus freeing visit, it was perfect. Once we needed questions to be answered and assistance they were Incredibly helpful, supportive and suggestive in the most helpful ways helping us pick the perfect bed and mattress. Customer service level... legendary. We felt at ease and not pestered and even at check out we were walked through all payment options and add ons without confusing or overwhelming us. Top tier staffing at this branch. Their energy was marvellous and did not feel uncomfortable at all.

We had such a great experience at Benson?s for beds Chippenham. Especially our interaction with Malcolm.
We went in to browse after our mattress had broken and we went to our local retail park that had a number of mattress shops.
Our first stop was Benson?s and we were quickly approached by Malcolm. He was super friendly and welcoming and made a daunting task very easy for us.
We gave him our budget and he instantly knew what would be best for us.
He spoke about different packages based on our lifestyle and different cover, we could get just in case the same thing happened again (we got our last mattress somewhere else three years ago).
He was very open, honest and transparent which is what I really value as a sales manager and product specialist myself.
I never thought I would laugh so much shopping for a mattress!!
We walked into Benson?s with the idea of just looking in all of the shops that were in our area (dreams is a few doors down and we?re heavy online shoppers) but we walked out knowing we weren?t gonna go anywhere else and we were sold on Malcolm?s recommendation.
We came back the next day and proceeded with Malcolm?s recommendation without any hesitation and we were delighted to see that he was there. He remembered our interaction from the day before and the choice of mattress that he recommended for us.
He went above and beyond and an absolute pleasure to talk to.
What an asset to your company! Thank you Malcom!

Very difficult to assemble. I would not buy this type of bed or recommend anyone does that does not know DIY it?s a nightmare!!

Bensons has failed to replace a damaged headboard over the last few months and communication is so frustrating. Use another bed company as they couldnt be worse. Twice delivered a damaged one, and once turned up without the replacement on the lorry. Months on we are now being asked to wait another month, with no confidence it will arrive. Rep in Chippenham hopeless and argues with Bensons over his own commission and solves nothing. Beware this company is totally incompetent.
