It is a shame I write this review as I am a regular client for waxing. As usual I asked for full face wax without eyebrow as I get my brows done by a specialist and only go to her for them. After face wax was done, the aunty asked me if she could thread for touch up, I said yes. She handed me the mirror once finished and that is when I noticed a big chunk in the middle of my brow missing. I was shocked and upset. She tried to brush the hairs up to cover it and tell me she was just touching up around my brows but clearly a huge error had been made. After she said, ?you want eyebrows done? I?ll give you good shape? I was mortified. There is no way I would sit back in the chair and let my eyebrows be further ruined. The only thing she could have done was thin them right out to level out the chunk so I?m not sure why she thought that would be a good idea. It took me so long to grow my brows and maintain my natural shape so when I saw this blunder I was really upset. I also had events all weekend. The hair was removed from the root, just leaving a patch of skin, making it quite difficult to mask. It looked absolutely horrible. There was no accountability for the error or any gesture of goodwill offered. It was as if nothing happened. I expressed my upset and anger by negotiating on the price paid. Please put your staff where they excel - she is ok at waxing but not intricate treatments. Do some training in customer service and hire more staff in their specialisms. Reluctant to come back.

Booked a facial as a gift for my daughter. The lady was very friendly, & my daughter thoroughly enjoyed the treatment. It was professional, & she was very kind.

Had eyebrows threaded and the lady virtually took all my eyebrows off!! No shape, just no eyebrows. Awful and rude lady.

The lady was so inexperienced she put glue in my eyes and it was hurting me badly . I will never go there again for eye lashes extensions. This other lady was telling me that her friend nearly died because of the lady who works there . She told her ex to mix indigo powder in hair colour . I was shocked to know how people can be so cruel and insensitive. No value for human life ! Absolutely disgusting ?

THE WORST WAX OF MY LIFE. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. It was filthy, the wax was the wrong temperature, the therapist was unprofessional and rushing - the missed half the hairs and I had to ask her to redo, she got wax on my legs vs bikini line, she didn?t wash her hands or give me any pre wax treatment to the area, I had to ask her to put paper on the bed. Honestly I feel scarred from the experience. The room was a disgrace; dust, mess, dirty wipes. Never again.

I am not at all happy with the Head, Shoulders and Back massage I received today.
The masseuse expected me to remove my clothes, including bra, in front of her; when I asked for something to cover myself with, she seemed quite put out but did reluctantly offer a towel. This is not something I have experienced before as other masseuses have often gone out of their way to provide privacy during changing.
During the massage, she asked if I would like extra pressure, and I responded ?Yeah ok?. The pressure was quite high, but this was not an issue. The massage had no rhythm or routine to it; for example she would scrub my head, then squeeze my shoulders, then roughly rub up and down my spine. Occasionally, she would apply a high level of pressure to places such as my spine or shoulder blades which was just uncomfortable and had no benefit to the muscles in this area. She was also very rough with my scalp; vigorous, random rubbing and scrunching of my hair which pulled my hairs and was quite painful at times. I really felt that she didn?t know what she was doing.
The masseuse was also wearing gloves (which I appreciate there may be concerns regarding Covid, but then I would say this treatment shouldn?t be offered if she is not comfortable to touch people?s skin) and so every few minutes had to stop to readjust her gloves which obviously breaks the momentum of the massage. Despite the gloves, I also felt my skin being scratched and pinched several times by her nails. The masseuse also had her phone in the room, and this would regularly vibrate throughout the massage which obviously was not relaxing.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this service. I spoke to her afterwards to check if she usually offered massages. The masseuse said she did, and I explained that I hadn?t had a massage like this before and felt the rhythm was really strange. She told me that it was my fault for not agreeing to extra pressure when she asked, even though I did. I also explained that the pressure was not the issue, rather the unrelaxing nature of the massage!

Gel nails. So extremely disappointed. Have first layer hard lacquer on my skin on my thumb. I will need to return to salon to address this, as uncomfortable and hurts slightly. Also, one fingernail has bubbles and generally, fairly shoddy work. I would not return for further treatment here in the future. Insufficient care taken.
