We had the pleasure of working with Miles and Sadie from Atwell Martin Chippenham. They went above what was expected of them. We were given an additional viewing of a property out of normal working hours to accommodate our schedule. Also we were kept up to date with regular phone calls with the progress of our house sale from start to completion. Both had good knowledge of the property we were purchasing and were very happy to answer any questions we had both small and complex. Me and my partner are very happy with our first house purchase!

I have just sold my home with Atwell Martin and couldn?t be happier with the service.
I mainly dealt with Miles through the experience and his service is second to none.
When he first came to my home to complete a market appraisal he was very well informed and prepared. Talked me through everything and already had a solid plan in mind to get my house sold. I listed my home with him on the Monday afternoon, with a viewing booked for the Tuesday morning and receiving an offer on the Tuesday afternoon! Sold in less than 24 hours!!
Throughout the sale Miles and the team have always acted with the highest level of care, concern and patience. They have kept a cool head when unexpected things happened and kept everyone playing nicely.
I strongly recommend using Atwell for their great service, fair prices and general skill level!

Sara was absolutely brilliant, we needed to find a rental property within a few days after selling our house. She went above and beyond to find us somewhere very quickly, sorted out the paperwork and nursed us through the process as we had never rented before.she made a very stressful time easier with her efficiency and we can?t thank her enough. We were on a short time scale to find a property in the area. Sarah Slade was wonderful! She recommended a place that was coming on the market and she was quick to organise a viewing.
She knew exactly what we were looking for and found us the perfect home for our family.
Sarah was a delight to work with, such a warm lovely person. Very quick response times and she made sure everything was ready and perfect for our move in date.

We just moved out of a three bed in Chippenham that we were in for almost two years and it was managed by Atwell Martin Estate Agents.
Initially we looked at this and renting another house in Chippenham that was let by a different estate agent but these guys seemed far more trustworthy and professional (the houses were of similar quality and cost) so we chose this one and it turned out to be a great choice.
Any problems were dealt with as quickly as the landlord would allow.
Both Sophie and Sara were also very pleasant to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
