Cashier scanned an item twice when I only bought one and when queried I was told that only x 1 was scanned. Well the receipt says otherwise. So I was charged for x 2 but only walked out with x 1. Will stick to the larger Tesco going forward, this Tesco express robs ya

I?ve never once had a bad experience here, but today I?d like to thank the staff here for their service. I?m sorry, i didn?t get their names, but the gentleman that was outside directing people (approx 2:45pm) could see my toddler was bored of waiting and had a chat with him and made the waiting time so much easier for both of us! And then the lovely lady at the till went out of her way to help us when my son decided he didn?t want to scan his kinder egg, she went and got another one to scan. It?s the little things that go a long way, thank you so much to everyone at Tesco express, your hard work has not gone unappreciated, I hope you get to read this! Thank you!! ????
