“Amazingly helpful and friendly service every single time. My post office of choice in Calne! The owners and staff always serve you with a smile and work incredibly hard to make this place such an important and well utilised place in our community.For a small store, this place stocks a remarkable selection of cupboard and chilled items including alcohol. Many products are locally sourced. Limited range of essential fresh fruit and veg is usually available. Newspapers, cigarettes, and general household items such as cleaning supplies are also stocked. It also has a small selection of hot food (pasties, sausage rolls, etc).Limited off-road parking available (2-3 spaces), with roadside parking in front of the store available at less busy times.”

“OK post office and handy to have in the middle of Calne. Bit of a pain having to squeeze in & have shoppers trying to shop through the queue! Be warned though-it closes at 12:30 on Saturday and is closed on Sunday so ignore the weird weekend times currently showing online. Best to check for weekdays too if these inaccuracies are any indication of hours! FYI Chippenham is showing as open on Sunday too but is not & closes at 5:30pm on Saturdays!!”

When I've phoned the sorting office to check progress, I've always had a really helpful, knowledgeable person who explains everything.
