This is a town centre where retail below and people living above. There is one delivery driver that turns up for deliveries and his music is so loud that it keeps the residents awake. It's constant when he is on shift m I rang multiple times & told it would be sorted! And again it's happening x I appreciate that Domino's Calne is a Francise but it's time to go to head office now which is a shame for some idiot delivery driver

Thought I would try the loaded fries. What a waste of money wasn't cooked properly and just looked awful for £6.99 you would expect them to look decent and be cooked. The pizza was OK. The spicy wings were decent but didn't provide the sauce that's meant to come with it.

Home delivery. Used to be good. 5he food is amazing but delivery drivers can't follow instructions to my house. See then walking around with my food going cold. Didn't even call me. And had to leave the flat building again to get my food.

Waiting an hour and 10mins. The guy on phone said its minutes away. Does he mean 5 or 60? I'll give it 10 more Then cancel the order. Rubbish!

Pre ordered for 18.15.. Had a lad deliver the wrong order at 18.45..to then tell us phone them and nag or you'll never get it.. To then ring them and get a rude man tell us we are busy we won't be long... That was it.. Our order turned up an hour and a half late stone cold including chicken that can't be reheated so was spoiled.. Thrown away.. With raw veg in top of pizza... Tried to get a refund was told apoligies back and forth then wanted a picture 24 hours later when already in the bin.. Stalling... It was an hour and half late and freezing it was worthy of a fefund.. Disgusting never again DON'T USE DOMINO'S CALNE

We have had two deliveries now in the last few weeks (moved house). The pizzas have been delicious and delivered really quickly. We had an issue with the latest order, a medium was made accidently when we had ordered a large. They delt with it immediately, sending us a new large pizza within 10/15mins and were so apologetic, I felt bad for complaining! Both delivery drivers were polite and prompt. Great food, great service.
