I'm never really one for leaving reviews but felt it was about time I left one for Chris, the Manager. Not only does he make exceptional coffee, he has a natural ability to make every single customer feel welcomed and remembered - he's an absolute treasure and the entire soul of Costa Calne.

Visited the Costa in Calne this morning with a client to grab an iced Latte and Fude frappe. I believe the guy who served me was called Chris (tattoos on his arms) and thought that his service deserved recognition. He was very attentive and social with all the customers whilst doing everything solo, great service, friendly and made an effort that seemed unique to each customer, we had a discussion about tattoos. He is definitely an asset to your company and should be praised for what he does as it?s rare to fine good service these days. We enjoy our drinks as always but they taste so much better when your staff create a good atmosphere for everyone, keep it up!

Service with a smile from the lovely waitress Eva. It was a pleasure to be served by her and she is an asset to the cafe. Will definitely come back for tea and cake again.

Such a rip off, not sure how they stay in business charging over a fiver for basic toasties, spend best part of a tenner for food and a coffee that is worth half of what they want to charge, avoid use someone

service and food was good as you'd expect from a Costa. but the cafe itself was dark dingy and dirty. felt very claustrophobic needs redecoration and redesigning.
