Worst experienve ever today..Shaun normally quite helpful, but today he decided to be male chauvinist..Didn`t go down well with me.
No help in the yard, everyone is too busy to help you! You are the customer but you should find the products in the yard yourself and cut it, lift it, you are on your own. If you raise questions on the matter, you are rude. They can be as unhelpful as they like, if you don`t like it, don`t go there, that`s their attitude. These people need bottom-line customer service training before it`s too late.. They couldn`t care less about it all.
Karen and Amy are nice though (when they are in the right mood).

HIREBASE has a great range of equipment from 5ton Excavators down to small tools,really helpfuly staff. I would highly recommend

Probably the worst builders merchants in Wiltshire. Totally overpriced, ridiculously slow service. Even when buying a small screwdriver it takes them nearly 15 mins to arse around on the computer. Only then to end up with massive paper receipts . Followed by bloke behind the counter who mentions the word sir in every sentence. Then there?s the other bloke with beard behind the counter who really obviously doesn?t want to work for Buildbase. So on conclusion.. Rude, totally overpriced and ridiculously slow. Save money and drive to Chippenham.

We went to see their paving display but unfortunately it had been removed pending a revamp. However the chaps couldn't have been more helpful showing us the pavings around the site.

Buildbase are a great local builders merchants. Done assume its trade only! The have everything you need for any DIY job. The staff are very very helpful and friendly even if you don't really know what you are talking about they will assist and point you ion the right direction.
