I came in after only getting half my prescription from my normal chemist.
I had only come to stay in Calne and was expecting to get turned back but a lady called Lisa went above and beyond to sort my prescription out. An absolute angel who saved me a 40 mile round trip while I felt like death. She really made my day.

Boots are amazing. They are helpful and attentive. The staff are excellent. Stock sometimes need to be ordered in but I am sure this happens every where. Would recommend to anyone.

If your doctor offers you a pharmacist, only take boots as a last resort. Incorrect stock levels across the county and silly waits when you get there.

Always efficient, just wish they didn't close for lunch between 1pm & 2pm making collecting prescriptions on lunch breaks harder - popping in the times they are closed as the website opening hours are different

Awfull customer service, I arrived just before there unnecessary 1pm closing time the women litually locked the door in my face, gave a smug smile and walked off.

They close for lunch which makes it really difficult if the only time you can go is your lunch break. I did not understand why they can?t take their lunches on a rota like we do. Someone go at 11:30 to 12:00 then someone else 12:00 to 12:30and then you keep the shop open. Chippenham boots stays open.
