Austin was helpful from start to finish with quick response times, offering as many viewings as we needed and he was friendly and not pushy. Austin did a superb job in supporting us over the time our house was on the market. He advertised and promoted our home to buyers, and was open about areas which may have been a barrier to others wanting to view. He also communicated with us well, all the way through to completion. I would have no qualms in recommending Austin to anyone wanting to sell their home and would look to use his services again should we return to the area.

I can only echo what the other reviews have said - Austin is brilliant. I was selling my late mother's house and Austin was kind and patient and explained everything carefully. This was my first experience of selling a house, and our chain wasn't straightforward, but Austin helped facilitate everything he could. He was always easy to get hold of, acting quickly on any new information or changes, and worked very proactively. I spoke to two other estate agents from high street firms and paid no more with Austin than I would with them, but I believe I got a much more personal service. I would recommend him 100%.

From the beginning to completion of the house I was purchasing, Austin was super efficient and helpful. Austin is very experienced and he was super quick talking and negotiating with the seller and sorting out issues. Austin also chased the other estate agents along the chain to clarify issues and speed up the whole process of buying, and also selling my house. I would recommend his professional services 100%. Austin is the most wonderful Estate Agent we could have asked for. He is kind, patient and put us at ease from the moment we met him so we never even considered another agent which was 100% the right choice.Austin sold our house in 2 days and stuck with us throughout the entire process, talking us through every step and even looked at potential new houses to give us his thoughts.The purchase of our new property by a high street chain has been a disaster and Austin?s sense of humour and lovely nature kept us going through the hard days. He has proved to us why independent EA?s are worth their weight in gold and we encourage anyone looking for an agent to use his services.

Austin was absolutely excellent throughout the whole house purchase process, especially as we were first time buyers. He was readily available to answer any questions we needed, provide information and help facilitate the house move. My partner and I could not have asked for a better agent to facilitate the process - and certainly if we were to more and sell in the future, we would love to work with Austin again!

Austin helped us with selling our investment property in Calne. From the get go he was polite , knowledgeable and most of all very patient. Austin has been the best estate agent and support during our house move experience.Recommended to us via a family member Austin came out and valued our house, put it on the market and sold it within a matter of weeks!!With his attention to detail and care taken on the house brochure, making sure the best images and description were used to really highlight our house we had every confidence in him selling our house for us.Communication was a big factor for us as being kept in the loop 24/7 on the sale was key and Austin went above and beyond to ensure we were always kept updated. His availability to speak with you on a regular basis whenever you had a query really helped the process remain smooth. Austin is a highly professional, diligent and caring estate agent who works hard from start to end of the buy/sell process to assist as much as he can - whether that is chasing other estate agents, contacting solicitors, or maintaining a dialogue between everyone in the chain. I would highly recommend Austin for anyone who wants to have a personal touch to their property buying/selling experience instead of just using a typical large franchise (or high street) estate agent.
