They are meant to be on the seller side, but my experience, they were on the buyers' side just after their commission!They gave me a lot of stress.But relatively pleasant viewing at houses with them!

Excellent throughout the whole process from a proper estate agency. At the initial valuation Jane made some useful suggestions regarding presentation of the house. Then viewings were handled efficiently, with updates throughout. The whole selling process was smooth and painless, and the fee reasonable. I'd recommend Jane and Josie to anyone looking to sell in Calne.
