Room: we were upgraded on arrival, the bed was comfortable, we were provided a cot and blanket and rattle toy for our baby, the bathroom was large, with a really nice bath tub and they provided hair conditioner, no real shower to speak of, but wasn’t an issue for us as we used the showers in the spa. We had a lovely stay here, the staff were so lovely and so helpful. The food was amazing room were comfortable and quaint. It’s our third time here and it’s wonderful as always. Brilliant and super friendly staff, great food and drinks, and the kids love it.
