Wish I'd read these reviews before exactly the same thing happened to me. Plant never received and company refused to refund or replace. I'm planning to go to small claims court just on principle and on behalf of the many disappointed customers.Avoid avoid avoid!

Accepted online order and payment for plants not in stock this season and ignored emails. After a month I had to escalate through PayPal arrogant, ignorant, unhelpful and false advertising in my opinion, still waiting for refund.
