Awful and way overpriced products. Coop hardly. Even Highlands coops with higher overheads are not so bad. Rude staff and does not advertise on street sign that they are Southern. Yet the main Bradford on Avon Coop is so much better.

Getting increasingly frustrated with the the post office within this co-op and the co-op on Bridge yard, half the time I go to use the post office during open hours it is closed due to a lack of trained staff. Don?t provide a service you can?t deliver.

Staff are brilliant but like all small town Co-ops it is criminally overpriced. Daylight robbery.

The staff here are so friendly. Always keen to help. Good selection of all items. Frozen 'Cook' meals are a highlight. Could have a few more vegetarian options but they are building this as with all Coops.

Understaffed and overworked. Also the post office opening times are akin to a soviet backwater village from the 80s.Better off walking to your intended recipient to hand them the item personally.

A fantastic and accessible supermarket. Everything you need and want and a post office counter! Plentiful parking and lovely helpful staff. They even run a food bank collection for the Bradford on Avon Hub. We love the ducks on the pond.Kathy

This coop should be closed and replaced by more responsible franchise. They rarely have any hot food or vegetarian options so forget about coming here to buy some lunch. 1/5 of the shelves are empty and not replenished, prices are also higher than the supermarkets around. Came here number of times and today is my last time visiting this store. Disappointing?

i would give it no stars, but the lowest you can give is 1. rude staff that don't know what they're doing and take ages. false advertising - there was a deal for 2 for £1 and after we wasted our precious time in the awfully long queue with minimal staff tending to it, we went to pay, then the rude staff member on duty told us the price was £2.75, we then spoke up to this injustice and she went to the back of the store to change the sign and prove she was right. we left the store after not making a fuss, empty handed and disgraced. we are appalled and will never be stepping foot in the inadequate store ever again. rude staff shape the minds of young people, and considering that this shop in near a school they are creating a colony of rude, unjust, unprofessional people. this should not be allowed and something has to change. very disappointing.

I must say every single staff member in there are just brilliant. Been going there on route to my job about 4 months now and I always walk out of there smiling even if I'm having a bad day! Feels like an independent shop, thanks guys ?
